In the hills of Pangalengan, West Java, Pak Asep Rukman grows his coffee at 1,450–1,560 masl. His varieties—Hybrid Timor, Ateng Super, and Sigararutang—provide a rich base. This 2025 lot achieved an SCA score of 85.5. A light roast perfectly brings out the soft notes. 100% organic.
Transport
The coffee arrived by container ship, but from the next harvest onwards, this batch is also planned for transport by sailing ship, in line with our vision of a 100% sustainable supply chain.
Brewing tip:
Filter – 15 g per 250 ml for a smooth, accessible cup of coffee.
