What started out of curiosity about the origins of coffee and the production process evolved into a hobby of roasting and importing coffee ourselves. At first, only for ourselves, and soon after for friends and family as well. Eventually, in early 2024, this foundation grew into a vision: to let as many people as possible enjoy our coffee and to raise awareness of a sustainable alternative. Coffee that not only tastes delicious but also contributes to a transparent, responsible, and positive impact on people and nature. This way, every coffee moment becomes a moment to truly enjoy – with a good feeling: Care for Nature.

Background & Philosophy
With our experience as mechanics and our studies in mechanical engineering, we have a solid technical foundation. We enjoy working as engineers in large production companies. Connecting theory and practice is in our blood. We bring our experience in sectors such as Automotive, Semiconductors, and Nutrition to the setup and mission of our roastery.
In search of a coffee without compromise, we have always been willing to pay more if it has a positive effect on both quality and sustainability. Often, the essence of true sustainability was missing due to greenwashing or simply a sticker on a pretty bag. Quietly, thoroughly, and after extensive preparation, we opened our company. We carefully work out every step in the chain, with an eye for people and nature. We also finance our dream entirely with our own resources to maintain maximum freedom. In this way, we are building a coffee that is transparent, responsible, and of unparalleled quality.
