What began out of curiosity about the origins of coffee and its production process evolved into a hobby of roasting and importing coffee. Initially just for ourselves, and soon after, for friends and family as well. Ultimately, in early 2024, this foundation grew into a vision: to allow as many people as possible to enjoy our coffee and raise awareness for a sustainable alternative. Coffee that not only tastes delicious but also contributes to a transparent, responsible, and positive impact on people and the environment. This way, every coffee moment becomes a moment of true enjoyment – with a good feeling: Care for Nature .

Background & Philosophy:
With our experience as mechanics and our mechanical engineering degrees, we have a solid foundation in technology. We enjoy working as engineers in large production companies. Combining theory and practice is in our blood. Our experience in sectors like Automotive, Semiconductors, and Nutrition informs the design and mission of our roastery.
In our quest for coffee without compromise, we've always been willing to pay more if it positively impacts both quality and sustainability. Often, the essence of true sustainability was missing due to greenwashing or simply a sticker on a pretty bag. We opened our business quietly, thoroughly, and after extensive preparation. We carefully develop every step in the chain, with an eye for both people and the environment. We also finance our dream entirely with our own resources to maintain maximum freedom. This is how we build a coffee that is transparent, responsible, and of unparalleled quality.
