Hazel Melt – Sunda Tilu, Java, Indonesia.
In the hills of Pangalengan, West Java, Pak Asep Rukman grows his coffee at 1,560 masl. His varieties—Hybrid Timor, Ateng Super, and Sigararutang—provide a rich base. A medium roast adds a fuller balance with a creamy body and an SCA score of 85.5. 100% organic.

Transport
The coffee arrived by container ship, but from the next harvest onwards, this coffee is also planned for transport by sailing ship, in line with our vision of a 100% sustainable supply chain.

Brewing Tips
– Filter – 16g to 250ml for a full, creamy cup of coffee
– Espresso – 18g in, 40g out, 27 sec for a balanced espresso shot.
