1. Coffee Plant and Farmer
We work exclusively with coffee farmers who share our Care For Naturevision. We actively focus on restoring soil health and biodiversity. Without synthetic pesticides, soil life remains intact. A sustainable food chain where quality and ecology go hand in hand. By investing in regenerative agriculture, we contribute to resilient soil.

2. Transport by sailing ship
Low-emission, quality-conscious, and transparent. Wherever possible, we opt for sailing transport. This form of shipping offers several advantages: up to 97% reduction in CO₂ emissions, no ocean pollution, and quality preservation due to stable temperature conditions. We are proud of our Fruity flavor family, which is imported entirely by sailing ship, and are working hard on the transition for our Chocolate flavor family.

3. Electrically Roasted
Our electric Giesen enables us to roast with extreme precision. An optimized balance between conductive and convective heat transfer creates a perfect energy distribution within the coffee bean, leading to maximum flavor development. We roast without gas! No CO₂ or NOₓ emissions and three times more efficient energy use due to the direct conversion of electricity into heat. No soot or combustion residue on the coffee, which enhances food safety. Everything essential for specialty and competition grade coffee.

4. Responsible with impact
Sustainability does not stop at the soil. We also look at the social impact. Many origins are rejected due to unsafe working conditions or unfair trade structures. We select our coffee beans not only on taste, but also on transparency and fair cooperation. Your choice makes all the difference. By paying a fair price, we enable our partners to invest in quality and their estate. We work with direct relationships so that the premium does not disappear into intermediaries and actually reaches the farmer.
